Worst& Best place

Best Place

Saipan PIC hotel
Many people have their most beautiful place they have ever been. That could be a place of their good memories with their family or a place with special meaning. For me, it was Saipan’s beautiful coast. When I was 14 years old , I visited Saipan with my family during the summer vacation. And there I saw the beautiful emerald colored beach in front of me I have never seen before. The emerald color makes the beach more shiny since its color really got along with the atmosphere of Saipan well. In addition, the exotic palm trees which I cannot see in Seoul, Korea makes the beach
more beautiful and romantic. At the Saipan, I can enjoy the beautiful scene with enough time free from my daily routine which helps me to remember the beach more impressive.  Sometimes our family often recall the happy memories at Saipan , watching the video tape we recorded.

Worst

The worst place I have ever been was the morning subway. Usually, l am really proud of Korail ,the subway of Korea, since not only it has excellent hygiene but it also is comfortable because it supplys us electronic heat through the seat at winter and cool air at summer. However, these days I usually take my subway early in the morning for the reason that I have a morning class which starts from nine AM. And everybody would agree that morning and the evening is the peak of rush.  I hate the morning subway firstly because there are no seats in the subway. I have to ride relatively long hours to get my school and if there are no seats I am really tired so I feel sleep in the class although I really want to concentrate on my class. Moreover, there are too many people on the subway. Too many people on the subway make riders annoyed and what I am really worried about is that it is dangerous. For example, A few days ago, the day of horrible subway at its height,I rode a subway as always did and there were already too many people so I went to a school with smelling the other person’s hair, almost floating in the air. It was so hard day for me that I don’t even want to remind that day.

my lovely little lettuce

I got up 11 today. The day after I went academy for my upcoming TOEFL is always tired. I supposed to take TOEFL this Saturday. Very nervous. But, it is a relief that mommy go out to health club so that she doesn’t know I slept almost till noon. If she had watched my laziness, I would have to wash the dishes all day. Anyway, last week, a day before parent’s day we visit our grandmother’s home and bring young lettuce. It is really cute. Though my grandmother lives in Seoul, she has a small yard. When I was young, I used to visit there with fresh meat and ate with lettuce that my grandmother raised.. There, I learned how to cultivate many plants and it really helped when I have to submit the lab report in school since she brings many plants there like lettuce, cucumber, potatoes, watermelon, eggplant, melon… she gives her son and daughter these things every season. At first, we just took and ate but as time passes we were looking forward when she will sent her delicious plants. It is super delicious especially when I’m really hungry. We brought some lettuce there that already sprout and plant it in our pot. Every morning when I wake up, I check whether lettuce grow or not. It became my daily routine. Surprisingly, though I can’t notice their growing every day, it makes difference from week to week. It gives me a small happiness to my monotonous life. As our family has a plan to go for camping this week, I think we will eat lettuce on Saturday after my TOEFL. As we grow our lettuce in home, we can eat fresh and health lettuce with no concern of yellow dust or radioactive wind. I think this weekend will be my best days in May.
